Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell 3M High-Performance Industrial Filtration Solutions across industries such as Automotive OEMs, Chemicals, Inks, Water Treatment, Energy, and General Manufacturing.
• Conduct technical and commercial discussions with stakeholders from R&D, Production, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams.
• Present product benefits, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate deals, manage order execution, and ensure timely payment collections.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Adhere to visit plans, submit regular activity reports, and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting.
