About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong track record in US Outbound Prospecting, specifically within the HR Tech / TA Tech / SaaS space. In this role, you will lead outbound prospecting efforts targeting CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and RecOps leaders across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute multi channel outbound prospecting campaigns (Cold Calling, Email Sequencing, LinkedIn) across US Eastern hours.
• Identify and research enterprise decision-makers (CHROs, VPs of HR, Directors of TA) using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha.
• Conduct discovery touchpoints and qualify outbound prospects to build a high quality sales pipeline.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and hit monthly/quarterly quota targets.
• Maintain complete CRM hygiene and log key buying signals, prospect feedback, and pipeline metrics.

Requirements & Experience:

• Total Experience: 4 to 5 years in B2B SaaS Sales / Inside Sales / BD.
• US Market Outbound: Minimum 2+ years of continuous experience prospecting into the US / North American market.
• Domain Focus: Strong preference for candidates with experience in HR Tech, TA Tech, ATS, Workforce Management, or HCM SaaS products.
• Prospecting Tools: Hands-on mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and CRM platforms.
• Shift Readiness: 100% comfortable working full night shifts (US EST hours) from a remote location.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
