Senior Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to support the Business by providing end-to-end coordination and backend support to our Sales & Marketing teams.

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer orders, quotations, and sales-related activities.
• Maintain and update sales reports, order status, customer databases, and MIS.
• Handle Sales queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the concerned departments.
• Assist the sales team in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Prepare weekly & monthly consolidated MIS Reports of Sales Target Vs Achievement.
• Maintain proper records of sales enquiries, orders, dispatches, and payments.
• Coordinate quotations, documentation, product information and Price comparison
• Support day-to-day office coordination and business support activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline/MBA
• 510 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, MIS or similar roles in building material industry.
• Experience in Building Materials/Wood Panel Industry
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
