Senior Sales Compensation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join MongoDB''s growing Fintech Team. This highly visible role is critical to supporting the company''s continued rapid growth and will focus primarily on the administration and analysis of our Global Sales Incentive Plans.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with a collaborative mindset, are essential for working effectively across cross-functional teams and with various levels of management.

Please note this role will require weekend availability during quarter-end close and annual plan implementation periods.
