FurrPartner is BVUR Innovations practice management system built for veterinary clinics and petgrooming businesses. This role owns the sales and support relationship with clinic partners.
What You'll Do
• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for FurrPartner with veterinary clinics and grooming businesses• Own onboarding and post-sales support for new clinic partners
• Represent FurrPartner at conferences, trade shows and pet industry events
• Manage the client relationship through renewals, upsells and account growth
• Coordinate data migration from legacy systems for incoming partners
• Troubleshoot partner issues and loop in product/tech teams where needed• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, account management or client support
• A track record of consistently hitting sales or support targets
• Confident engaging clinic owners and vets — over calls, in demos, and in person
• Willing to travel for exhibitions and client visits
• Street-smart with strong negotiation and problem-solving instincts — comfortable in ambiguity
• Ease around clinics and pet care settings is a real advantage here — whether that comes from theindustry itself or simply from being a hands-on pet parent

• Experience selling vertical / practice-management SaaS
