Senior Rust Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Rust Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Rust. You will play a key role in system architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, efficient, and scalable backend systems using

Rust

• Build and maintain

high-performance, low-latency applications (e.g., distributed systems, microservices, blockchain, or real-time platforms)

• Write

clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Optimize applications for

performance, memory safety, and concurrency

• Implement

secure coding practices and conduct thorough code reviews

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define technical requirements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
• Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Evaluate and integrate

new tools, frameworks, and best practices in the Rust ecosystem

• Participate in CI/CD automation and DevOps processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in

Rust programming language

• Deep understanding of:
• Ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes
• Memory management and concurrency in Rust
• Experience with:
• Systems programming or backend development
• Familiarity with:
• REST APIs, gRPC, or WebSockets
• Linux/Unix environments
• Strong knowledge of

data structures, algorithms, and system design

• Experience with version control tools (e.g.,

Git )
