Senior RTR Team Lead

Role & responsibilities - RTR Accounting Manager

• Management & Team Leadership: Manage a team of 20 to 30 accountants, organize activities based on business priorities, and align planning with the Head of RTR AMDS SSF in Europe. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key deliverables.
• Journal Entry & GL Oversight: Oversee preparation, review, and posting of routine and complex journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and IFRS compliance.
• Account Review & Analysis: Lead balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis, identify P&L exposures, and ensure timely root-cause analysis and resolution of issues.
• Period-End Close: Drive month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Intercompany Management: Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and compliance with regulatory and transfer pricing requirements.
• Quality & Compliance: Provide technical guidance to the team, maintain accounting and control standards, and drive timely and high-quality delivery of RTR activities.

Good to have

• Working knowledge of ERP, knowledge of SAP S4/HANA
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, e.g. Excel, PowerBI
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs specifically in Excel
• Fluency in English min C1 (verbal and written)
