Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless communication systems.
• Experience with LTE and 5G cellular technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RF measurements such as EVM, ACLR, VSWR, S-Parameters, and TRP.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ programming.
• Experience with RF test automation and validation.
• Familiarity with RF lab equipment and debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data processing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RF test automation solutions using Python and C++.
• Validate and optimize RF system-level performance for wireless devices.
• Execute RF testing and analyze performance data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive product validation activities.
• Perform log analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification for RF-related issues.
• Support manufacturing and product validation efforts through automation and data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with LTE/5G performance and quality requirements.
