Senior Resource Management Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage global resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources across regions.
• Resolve conflicts between different departments or teams through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the Resource Management Group (RMG).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in Global Resource Management, Conflict Resolution, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RMG processes and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements that result in cost savings or increased efficiency.
