Job Summary

MNR Medical College & Hospital is looking for a Senior Resident Radiology to join the Radiology Department.

The role involves providing quality patient care, performing and interpreting radiological investigations, preparing reports, and supporting the department's clinical activities. The candidate will also be involved in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents and participating in academic activities.

MD/DNB in Radiology with relevant clinical and teaching experience is required. Candidates should meet the applicable NMC norms and be available to join immediately.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a consultant radiologist, including diagnosing and treating various medical conditions through imaging techniques such as CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and X-rays.
  
• Conduct clinical teaching sessions for residents and students in emergency radiology to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  
• Develop curriculum for radiology courses and participate in academic activities related to medical education.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Consultant Radiologist or equivalent role.
• Strong expertise in areas like clinical teaching, emergency medicine, medical imaging (CT scan), MRI, ultrasound.
• Candidates with good experience in patient care and teaching.
