Senior Research Analyst

Job requirements

• Conduct Level 1 investigation of AML alerts generated by ZIGRAM's risk applications
• Analyze adverse media, sanctions, PEP, watchlists, regulatory records, and corporate information
• Validate customer information and identify potential financial crime risk indicators
• Document investigation findings with clear rationale and supporting evidence
• Maintain high accuracy while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client-specific investigation guidelines.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and continuous learning in AML and compliance research
• Adapt quickly to changing client requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
• Good and effective communication skills
• Ability to work in teams, demonstrating a high level of commitment and coordination

Background of the Candidate

• BBA / B.com / BSc / BA / BMS , Economics, Finance, Commerce, Law, or related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in experience in Research, AML, KYC, Due Diligence, Risk & Compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong internet research and information validation skills
• Proven ability to work under strict deadlines with high accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication
