About Us
Posha is building robot kitchens for the future.
Our first product, the Posha Countertop was recognized as one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2025 and received rave reviews from The Verge and WIRED for bringing robotics and AI into everyday kitchens.
We're a fast-growing Series A–funded startup backed by Accel Partners.

What can I expect from this role
Posha is one of the rare robotics startups building production-grade consumer robots, with hundreds of units deployed in real homes.
This role involves working on defining and testing the product against all possible failure scenarios.
What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha
- Independently review requirements and designs to identify failure modes through DFMEA and real-world misuse scenarios.
- Develop test plans, test cases, fixtures and instrumentation to validate performance and reliability.
- Execute tests against specifications, document failures and verify that fixes meet requirements before release.
What makes you a match for us
- 3+ years hands-on experience on defining failure scenarios for a electro-mechanical product that went into mass production.
- Evidence of personally uncovering failures, influencing design changes, and building validation systems from scratch.
What The World Thinks of Posha
- Posha is comparable to Tesla FSD
- Posha is a fairly good sign that the future is closer than I thought - The Verge
- Posha's tagline is See dinner cook itself, and it largely lives up to this. - WIRED
Why Posha
- Few organizations offer challenges similar to ours. Building completely autonomous cooking robots requires thinking from first principles and building from ground up.
- We believe that Posha is a generational company with the opportunity to alter the trajectory of how food is cooked inside homes today. This opportunity is parallel to how autonomous cars have made an impact.
- This role will be at the forefront of this opportunity.
