Senior Relationship Officer Gold Loan

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of existing gold loan customers, ensuring timely repayment of loans and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Conduct thorough gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and promoting gold loan products to them.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in gold loan or related field (e.g., banking).
• Strong knowledge of gold appraising techniques and regulations governing the industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
