Senior Relationship Officer Gold Loan

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely disbursement of loans and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Process gold loan applications, verifying documents and conducting due diligence as required.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, including loan agreements, interest calculations, and repayment schedules.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in gold loans or related field (e.g., banking).
• Strong knowledge of gold loan operations, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
