Senior Relationship Officer Gold Loan

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely disbursement of loans and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Oversee the entire process from loan application to disbursal, including documentation and verification.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to gold loan operations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in gold appraising or a similar role in banking or finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of gold valuation techniques and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship management.
