Job Brief: - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Sales team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a deep understanding of gold loan financing, customer relationship management, and sales strategies within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing customer creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities :-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective gold loan customers to achieve portfolio growth targets.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applicants in compliance with the banks policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Promote and cross-sell gold loan products and related financial services to maximize revenue generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
