Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic and customer-centric individual who will be responsible for managing and expanding the gold loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving business growth through effective relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in secured lending, and possess strong analytical and negotiation skills to deliver tailored financial solutions to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote gold loan products and services.
• Assess customer eligibility and creditworthiness by analyzing financial documents and collateral valuation to ensure risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with the credit and risk teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines related to gold loans.
• Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and cross-selling additional banking products to enhance customer value.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to monitor loan performance, identify delinquency risks, and implement recovery strategies.
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the loan application, disbursement, and repayment processes.
• Collaborate with branch and regional sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for gold loan products.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting gold loan services.
• Train and mentor junior relationship officers to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent service quality.
