Role & responsibilities
- Meet customers to understand their insurance and financial protection needs.
- Recommend and sell suitable life insurance products based on customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to offer other insurance and subsidiary products to meet customers' broader financial needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Generate business through direct customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely conversion.
- Provide customers with product information and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, sales guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
