Senior Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and product development to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in B2C sales or inside sales in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance products/services and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
