Senior Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and engage existing Partners for SME insurance cross-sell opportunities.

• Drive conversion through consultative selling and need-based approach.

• Follow up on leads, handle objections, and ensure closure within defined timelines.

• Maintain strong relationships to drive renewals

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries quickly.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in SME insurance sales, preferably cross-sell or

upsell roles.

• Product Knowledge of Fire, Marine, CPM, PI, Group Insurance (GMC, GTL, GPA, etc),

Travel Insurance

• Experience in an insurance company or broking firm is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with a sales-driven approach.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
