Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mahoba. The individual in this role will be responsible for sourcing and managing housing loan customers, building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and guiding them through the end-to-end loan process. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting customer meetings, assessing financial profiles, ensuring timely documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Senior Relationship Manager is expected to contribute to branch-level sales targets and support sustainable business growth in the local market.
Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and customer service capabilities, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client engagement.
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and cross-selling financial products, preferably in housing finance or retail lending.
• Solid knowledge of housing finance processes, including credit assessment, documentation, risk evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer segments.
• Ability to work in a field-oriented role, including regular customer visits and coordination with branch and operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; previous experience in housing finance or banking is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with basic technology tools and loan management systems to track leads, applications, and portfolio performance.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with integrity in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
