Senior Relationship Manager- Wealth

Role & responsibilities

• Execute equity trades (cash, intraday, delivery) on NSE/BSE platforms for wealth clients
• Ensure timely and error-free order execution as per client instructions
• Handle high-value and HNI client orders efficiently
• Support Relationship Managers with live market updates and trade execution
• Provide stock quotes, market trends, and trade confirmations to clients/RMs
• Build strong coordination with wealth sales teams
• Track equity markets, indices, corporate actions, and news flows
• Provide basic market insights and trading ideas to RMs (non-advisory)
• Monitor volatility, circuit limits, and risk parameters
• Adhere to SEBI, Exchange, and internal compliance guidelines
• Ensure proper order punching, confirmations, and documentation
• Maintain audit-ready records of trades and dealer logs
• Prepare daily trade reports, turnover, and brokerage MIS
• Monitor client margins, exposure limits, and square-offs
• Coordinate with RMS and back-office teams for smooth operations
• Strong knowledge of equity markets and trading mechanisms
• Hands-on experience with trading terminals (TWS)
• Understanding of RMS, margins, and exchange regulations

Preferred candidate profile

• NISM 8 and NISM 25 A certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
