About the Role

We are looking for high-performing Prime LAP professionals with a proven track record of sourcing 50 Lakh to 25 Crore+ ticket-size cases, achieving 3-5 Crore+ monthly disbursements and earning incentives consistently.

Require high-performing Prime LAP professionals with a strong track record of generating business through the DSA channel. The role requires building, managing and activating a productive DSA ecosystem to drive quality sourcing and disbursements across Prime LAP.

The ideal candidate should have an established network of DSAs and consistently delivered business through channel-driven acquisition models.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Prime LAP business through DSA acquisition and relationship management.
• Identify, onboard and activate high-potential DSAs in the assigned geography.
• Build a sustainable sourcing funnel through channel partners.
• Drive business from existing and newly acquired DSAs.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for seamless sanction and disbursement.
• Monitor partner productivity and improve business contribution from mapped DSAs.
• Ensure achievement of monthly disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Strengthen market presence through channel partner development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4-10 years of experience in Prime LAP / Secured Lending.
• Strong DSA-driven sourcing background.
• Proven track record in managing and growing DSA relationships.
• Excellent market knowledge and channel management skills.
• Strong understanding of Prime LAP underwriting requirements and customer profiling.
• Majority business sourced through DSA channel.
• Average ticket size: 50 Lakhs to 3 Crores+
• Preferred average ticket size: 1 Crore+
• Current monthly disbursement target: 3-5 Crores or higher
• Consistent incentive earner with proven target achievement.
• Strong active DSA network in the current market.
• Demonstrated success in DSA onboarding, activation and productivity management.
• Stable career track record.
