Job Description

Matrimony.com is hiring Retail Executives to be part of a team that helps people find lifelong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain Matrimony.coms matchmaking platforms and convert walk-ins into paid customers.
• Brief customers on the products and services offered on Matrimony.com.
• Generate walk-ins and potential leads through referrals and neighborhood outreach.
• Make calls to potential leads and generate walk-ins.
• Provide matchmaking services to existing customers and support their requirements.
• Upsell/double up by providing additional services to existing customers.
• This is a consultative selling role, not a conventional standing retail-sales role.

Requirements

• Education: Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience: 1-3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Good customer interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to generate leads, handle walk-ins and convert customers.
