- Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.Duties and Responsibilities
- To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk in
- Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfillment
- Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement
- Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product.
- Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation.
- Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales
- Good Selling skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
