Senior Recruitment Specialist-HR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring, BPO hiring, and talent sourcing techniques.
  
• Lead a team of recruiters to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of recruitment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2.5-6 years of experience in senior-level recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  
• Proven track record in managing teams handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
