Senior Recruitment Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager with strong expertise in Volume Hiring and BPO Recruitment. The role requires a proven recruitment leader with experience managing large-scale hiring mandates, multiple client accounts, recruitment teams, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts.
• Drive high-volume and BPO hiring mandates.
• Manage and develop Recruitment Managers, Team Leaders, and Recruiters.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets, SLAs, closures, and joining ratios.
• Manage large-scale ramp-ups and recruitment pipelines.
• Build strong client relationships and handle delivery reviews and escalations.
• Monitor recruitment MIS, recruiter productivity, and key performance metrics.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1520 years of experience in Recruitment & Staffing.
• Strong expertise in Volume Hiring and BPO Recruitment.
• Experience working with a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Firm is preferred.
• Proven experience managing large recruitment teams and multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment funnels, SLAs, conversion ratios, and large-scale hiring.
• Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and analytical skills.
