Senior Recruitment Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the BPO industry, including sales, customer service, and technical positions.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent through social media campaigns, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize the volume hiring process.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in bulk hiring or mass hiring operations in a BPO setting.
• Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume openings with qualified candidates.
• Strong understanding of the BPO industry's unique challenges in terms of skill sets required for different roles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
