Senior Recruitment Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate quality.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of non-IT industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
