Senior Recruitment Executive/Senior Field Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

FOR RECRUITER

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in Industrial Automation, Robotics, SPM Manufacturing, Electrical Design, PLC Programming, Sales, and Project Engineering.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Build a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
• Support HR activities such as employee engagement, attendance monitoring, and HR documentation.
• Develop relationships with engineering colleges and institutes for campus recruitment and internships.

FOR FIELD SALES ENGINEER

• Drive sales of Siemens Automation products including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Systems, Switchgear, Sensors, and Industrial Networking.
• Generate new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, understand requirements, and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective customer support.

Preferred candidate profile

FOR RECRUITER

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Robotics, or Industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and assess candidate suitability.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment management tools.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously.

FOR FIELD SALES ENGINEER

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 26 years of experience in sales of Industrial Automation products such as PLCs, VFDs, Switchgear, Industrial Cables, Sensors, and Control Panels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with Siemens or other leading automation brands will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel and develop business within the assigned territory.
