Senior Recruitment Consultant || BPO/BFSI || Preet Vihar (East Delhi)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions in BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates from various sources.
• Manage lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and non-IT recruitment processes to meet business requirements.
• Ensure effective talent sourcing, engagement, and retention through innovative approaches.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
• Proven track record of successful lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and non-IT recruitment campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the BPO/Call Centre industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
