Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to lead and manage our recruitment team and drive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Manage recruitment targets, TAT and team performance.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
• Monitor candidate quality, interviews, offers and joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
• Train recruiters and improve sourcing and closure strategies.
