Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in BFSI hiring and bulk recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team at Sutherland.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and managing multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI requirements.
• Drive bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile
