Job Title: Recruiter Australian Accounting & Taxation

Job Description:

We are looking for a recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Australian Accounting and Taxation roles. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in Australian Accounting & Taxation or Finance & Accounts.
• Experience working with recruitment consultancies or KPO/BPO firms will be an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Gandhinagar.

Responsibilities-

• Source and screen suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
