Senior Recruiter

Hiring: Experienced Recruiters (36 Years)

Location: Nizampet, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Recruiters with 3–6 years of experience who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality talent within defined turnaround times (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Client Account Management: Manage client requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Sourcing & Screening: Identify, source, and screen candidates for niche and super-niche positions.
• TAT-Based Hiring: Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Recruitment Strategy & Delivery: Develop effective sourcing strategies and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Candidate Management: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client requirements.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Experience handling niche and super-niche requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
