Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter with a strong background in retail store hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for our retail operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for multiple retail store positions, managing bulk recruitment, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies across Corporate Office and store locations.
The candidate must have excellent sourcing skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions across multiple locations.
• Handle bulk hiring for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Store Supervisors, Sales Executives, Cashiers, Customer Service Associates, and other retail staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, walk-ins, recruitment agencies, and local hiring networks.
• Coordinate with store managers, area managers, and operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate selection processes, and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support immediate and future retail manpower requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and vacancy closure rates.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and minimize offer dropouts and candidate no-shows.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and daily or weekly hiring reports.
• Build relationships with local colleges, placement agencies, and community hiring networks where required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a strong focus on retail store hiring.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring and frontline recruitment for retail operations.
• Good understanding of retail roles, store structures, and manpower requirements.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, candidate sourcing techniques, and recruitment trackers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment reporting.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with operations teams.

• Timely closure of CO and retail store vacancies.
• Number of positions closed per month.
• Candidate joining ratio and offer-to-joining conversion.
• Quality and retention of recruited candidates.
• Effectiveness in bulk hiring and urgent manpower fulfillment.
• Accuracy and timely submission of recruitment reports.
