Senior Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role in BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions through effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
