### Key Responsibilities

• Handle **end-to-end recruitment** for infrastructure, industrial & construction projects.
• Source and screen candidates through **Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & references**.
• Manage **interviews, candidate follow-ups & offer coordination**.
• Understand project requirements and close **critical & senior positions**.
• Maintain **candidate database & recruitment reports**.
• Coordinate with **management and project teams** for hiring requirements.
• Ensure **timely closures & joining follow-ups**.
