Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with proven experience in targeted hiring for Data Engineering, AI, Analytics, and Automation roles. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent mapping, and building strong technical talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, BI, Automation, and Cloud.
• Handle targeted and niche hiring for mid to senior-level technology professionals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates based on skills and project experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring technology requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews, candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics, TAT, conversion ratios, and closure status.
• Stay updated on technology talent trends and market availability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience in hiring for Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, Automation, BI, and Cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of targeted/niche hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Good understanding of technical skills, job descriptions, and IT project requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred: Experience in recruitment for an IT/Software Services or Technology Consulting company.
