Senior Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of the IT market trends, technologies, and skillsets required for different roles.
• Excellent candidate sourcing skills including negotiation techniques for salary packages.
