Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Aerospace & Engineering roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals.
• Hire for roles across Design, Manufacturing, Tooling, Production, Structures, and Quality.
• Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace/Engineering recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good knowledge of aerospace engineering profiles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
