Non-IT Recruitment
• Bulk & Lateral Hiring
• Managing 20+ concurrent requisitions
• Hands-on exp. in sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation & candidate closure
• Stakeholder Management
• Strong TAT and recruitment metrics ownership
• 4+ yrs of exp. in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory
IT Recruitment / IT Staffing profiles will not be considered
