Senior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring and help us build a strong IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Create and post JDs on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Source and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good sourcing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
