Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter US IT Staffing to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing technical talent, candidate engagement, screening, and managing the recruitment lifecycle for diverse technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer closure.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, communication, compensation expectations, work authorization, and availability.
• Work on a variety of IT and technology roles across different skill sets and experience levels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals for current and future requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring stakeholders and account/delivery teams to understand requirements, priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback coordination, offer discussions, and candidate follow-through until joining.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular updates on pipeline and hiring progress.
• Stay updated on the US staffing market, sourcing trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and technical hiring.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and screening candidates for IT/technology positions.
• Good understanding of US work authorizations, employment types, and staffing terminology.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and major US job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on quality, closures, and candidate experience.
