Senior Recruiter - UK & Europe

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the UK and Europe region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct recruiter screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate offers, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding activities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company hiring policies across the UK and European markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to UK and European hiring.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UK and European employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
