Role Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter (Tech), you will be the primary driver of talent acquisition for our engineering and product teams in India. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define talent requirements, execute complex search strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role is pivotal in shaping our technical workforce, ensuring that we attract top-tier engineering talent capable of building the next generation of robotics and AI solutions. You will act as a talent advisor, balancing speed and quality to meet the aggressive growth targets of a fast-paced technology organization.

This will be Hybrid (3 Days work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including software engineering, robotics, and data science, to ensure the company meets its headcount and project delivery timelines.

- Manage leadership hiring mandates by building strong pipelines for senior-level technical and management positions, ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives.

- Execute campus hiring strategies by engaging with premier engineering institutes to build a sustainable pipeline of high-potential entry-level talent.

- Utilize HR analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders for process optimization.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position GreyOrange as an employer of choice among the top-tier engineering community in India.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline interview processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and consistent assessment standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a proven ability to source and close candidates for specialized engineering roles.

- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence hiring managers and leadership through data-backed insights and market intelligence.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling the ability to articulate the company's value proposition to passive candidates and build long-term professional networks.

- Analytical mindset to interpret recruitment data and translate it into actionable strategies for improving hiring efficiency and quality of hire.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high productivity and seamless coordination with distributed teams.

- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a product-based technology company or a high-growth startup environment.

- A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
