Senior Recruiter - Taiwan Geo

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions in the semiconductor industry, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to fill them through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of resumes/CVs to assess candidate fitment against job requirements.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both internal (hiring managers) and external (candidates) stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field in Semiconductor/VLSI industries.
  
• Strong understanding of validation testing processes in electronics manufacturing.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to communicate fluently in Chinese (Mandarin).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
