Senior Recruiter (IT and Non-IT)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete hiring process for mid-to-senior roles in IT and Non-IT functions
• Go beyond standard job boards by using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, employee referrals, and other proactive sourcing strategies
• Interview and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural match
• Keep a well-organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline in the ATS so nothing gets missed
• Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What Were Looking For

• 4-10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience spanning IT and Non-IT roles
• A track record of successfully filling challenging positions within tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and similar sourcing tools
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to guide and challenge stakeholders when necessary
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to juggle several active roles at once
• A Bachelor\'s degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus
