Location: Chennai - WFO (Navallur)

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with a stable career history (maximum two job changes).

Desired Skills:

• An IT Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly for IT and technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the staffing needs for IT and technical roles.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry and technological trends to identify the most suitable candidates.
• Review resumes, applications, and portfolios to identify candidates who meet the position requirements.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire) to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information, applications, and hiring workflows.
