Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / HR professional to lead and manage our caregiver recruitment team supporting our U.S.-based home care operations. The person will oversee day-to-day recruiting activities, ensure hiring targets are met, liaise with US management, and maintain a smooth and timely recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the recruitment team handling caregiver hiring.
• Set daily/weekly recruitment targets and monitor team performance.
• Oversee job postings, applicant calls, screening, follow-ups, and candidate coordination.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of required caregiver paperwork.
• Coordinate caregiver orientation and ensure candidates progress through each stage of hiring.
• Track recruitment pipelines and identify delays, drop-offs, and areas for improvement.
• Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports to management.
• Ensure recruitment processes follow company standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, preferably managing a recruiting team for a US company.
• Excellent English fluency (mandatory), organizational, and people-management skills.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and candidate follow-up.
• Ability to work with U.S.-based clients/candidates and accommodate U.S. business hours.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to meet recruitment targets.

Location: DarulShifa / Noor Khan Bazaar Office.
